Brandon Mordue

Brandon Mordue is a litigator with particular experience in class actions, governmental and internal investigations, and complex commercial matters relating to challenges to major business transactions, fiduciary duties, and contract disputes.

Brandon has been included in Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch since its inaugural edition. This year, he was recognized for his work in Commercial Litigation and Litigation - Securities.

Before joining Kushner & Hamed, Brandon practiced at Jones Day, where he represented individuals and businesses in a variety of complex disputes and investigations. He also clerked for a Vice Chancellor on the Delaware Court of Chancery, the nation’s leading business court.

At Harvard Law School, he was Managing Editor of the Journal of Law and Public Policy. He has written about litigation and corporate governance issues for several law reviews.
